Pampas Working Bee at Marie Neverman Reserve – Saturday 23rd April, 9.30am – 12.30pm

On behalf of the Native Forest Restoration Trust – a huge and very sincere THANK YOU to all those volunteers who joined the working bee last Saturday. Geoff Davidson – Trustee of NFRT was really pleased with a good turnout of around 20 and some great work done on clearing the Pampas.

We would greatly appreciate your support on Saturday 23 April rain or shine, to assist with high priority eradication of the pampas on the wetlands before it goes to seed.

Meet at the Tupare Recreation Centre, Tuparekura Road, South Kaipara at 9.30am for a briefing. This is a grey farm shed converted to a Rec Centre and is about 150m along Tuparekura Road on the right adjacent to the horse arena at -36.595919, 174.344620.

Tuparekura Road is approx. 1 hour from Auckland CBD and 5 minutes’ drive north of the Macnut Macadamia Farm.
